I am haven't really been active for quite awhile now so I decided that I should do some house cleaning and post some new photos.

Well I started off this summer with absolutely nothing to do.  I managed to take a few decent pictures, mainly some self portraits, something that I had been meaning to do for quite some time. Anyways I finally got a call last friday about an internship, went in for an interview on monday, and started tuesday.  I now have to wake up at 5:30am every morning and drive an hour to work.  This needless to say has taken up a good bit of my time so I probably won't be taking as many pictures as I would like, but I hopefully will still occassionally post.  I will try to post some of the ones I took earlier this weekend.

Being a college student money is a little tight but I have been working a lot and have decided to save some of each paycheck to go to upgrading my computer and to buy new camera equipment.  After using a $10 tripod which wobbles in the wind I have finally purchased a new one.  I am extremely excited to get it.  It is a benbo which ranges from 66" to ground level with a ball head joint.  I am extremely excited to try it out, esp. with some macro shots.   Though I kinda hope I don't get it before next thursday because I really need to pass my midterms.
